Thank you TBN!

We were delighted to receive a generous £750 donation from Thanet Business Network. After our trustee Julia Lidstone gave a talk at a recent breakfast meeting, TBN members Dan Perry and Lewis Page presented us with this cheque.

We hold our meetings at Secure Storage Solutions in Manston, where owner Emma kindly lends us a meeting room free of charge – a welcome saving for us. She even throws in tea and biscuits 😁

I want to say how grateful I am. After being rejected by other charities, the Council and DWP, I was worrying how to cope with two children as a single parent living off student finance. Your work does change lives, it gives hope when people are at their most fragile and have nowhere to turn. Please continue, because people like me need your kindness.
